I grew up in the finest city of San Diego. I later moved to Orange County where I attended cosmetology school at Golden West College in Huntington Beach and have now been doing hair for 28 years. I opened Salon Delgado in 2010 with my wife with one goal in mind; “…creating a stress-free, drama-free environment that will allow our clients to feel relaxed while looking their best when they leave…”
Upon building my clientele, I wanted to do things differently than those who mentored me. I saw a need for real change in my industry. If I could teach and educate each of my clients how to duplicate their look at home and give them the tools they need to maintain that look, then I would be helping people feel better by looking better.
My focus is to take the necessary time to consult with you, determine exactly what your goals are, and more! I believe that maintaining the integrity of the cuticle is most important! If the cuticle has been compromised, the hair won’t bounce, shine, hold color, or style. I’ve always believed that clients should expect perfection, that they deserve to be pampered, and that they receive the best service from their stylist in a professional way.
