Reschedule / Cancellation / Late Policy:

Salon Delgado, Inc., respectfully requires cancellation or reschedules at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. In the event that adequate notice is not given your deposit will be forfeited. For appointments you are unable to make in a timely manner, Salon Delgado, Inc., reserves the right to apply a late fee to the service’s total at the time of payment.  If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, Salon Delgado, Inc., reserves the right to apply to reschedule / cancellation fees outlined above in this policy.  We’ve equipped our online booking system with a day before text message reminders for your convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Appointment Booking Deposits/Payments/Fees:

A deposit is required at the time of booking.  Deposits will go toward final salons services rendered at the time of appointment.  Balance is due at the time of service.  Deposits are non-refundable for those that violate our reschedule / cancellation / late policy outlined above.  If you wish to cancel your appointment within our policy guidelines and do not wish to reschedule your appointment, deposit refunds will be distributed by phone or in-person from Salon Delgado, Inc.’s merchant point of sale system or E-payment gateway to the original form of payment.  The total amount will be less than the original variable rate fee(s) paid by Salon Delgado, Inc. Please contact us directly with any questions.  All of our card transactions will include a 1.5% convenience fee. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Photos + Social Media:

Salon Delgado, Inc., from time to time will take photos of their professional work for posting on multiple social media platforms, and other marketing materials as they see fit. All efforts will be made to maintain the privacy of the individual(s) that appear in the photos, however – in some cases, personal belongings may be seen such as water bottles, purses, wristwatches, phones, etc. that may link to the person(s) in the photo. On some rare occasions, reflections from salon mirrors may also catch the aforementioned. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell us in advance. 

Animals (Excluding Service Animals):

Salon Delgado, Inc.’s owners are pet lovers! But our city health codes, as well as the state board of barbering and cosmetology, are not  Although you may see or have heard of clients bringing their pets into other salons, just one incident or report can seriously jeopardize the multiple licenses Salon Delgado, Inc., possess and can result in fines and or closure. Although this is not always taken seriously by all salon professionals, we at Salon Delgado, Inc., adhere to the city health and licensing board rules and regulations on this matter. Please respect our salon, and show us pictures and videos of your pets, we definitely love them all!

Children Accompanying Adult Salon Services:

Salon Delgado, Inc., professionals are parents too! Unfortunately, our boutique salon is not equipped to entertain children. Please contact us to discuss the need for a child to accompany you to your appointment. Only bring your child if they are well-mannered and able to occupy themselves without disrupting other clients, (and if needed), are able and old enough to sit away from you in the common waiting area if the service areas are needed for client services. Let us know if you have questions so we can help accommodate a time that is more convenient. Salon Delgado, Inc. will not be liable for injury to minors.

Refunds / Exchanges:

Retail products that are unused, unopened, and unaltered in good sellable condition can be returned within a thirty (30) day time period. From time to time, products are manufactured with defects that are undetected by retail sellers. Should you encounter a defective retail product, please contact the salon directly for a replacement within thirty (30) days from the date of sale. If the defective product is no longer available, a credit or refund will be issued for the dollar amount paid at the time of sale. For all other product returns, there will be a restocking fee of 20% administered at the salon owner’s discretion.

Salon Delgado, Inc.’s licensed cosmetologists have over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry and pride themselves on providing an exceptional in-salon customer service experience. Although extremely rare, we encourage you to reach out to the salon directly with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have about our services so that we can address them promptly and professionally. Salon Delgado, Inc. requires notice from you either in person, by phone, or by email prior to any escalation beyond our ability to offer person-to-person customer service to all of our clients.

Services Disclaimer:

Not all salon services are created equal, and not every head of hair is the same, that said; Prices are subject to change at your stylist’s discretion. Every effort is made to discuss reasonable expectations from both the stylist and client prior to each service. The need for a proper care routine is always discussed at the time of service by our salon professionals. Maintaining your salon service (including hair extensions) at home is essential to the integrity of your hair. Salon Delgado, Inc. retails all the necessary tools and products to maintain your salon service. Hair Extensions services are provided by licensed professionals in-salon, wearers will assume all risks involved with properly caring for and maintaining their extension service. As a reminder, consultations are always free of charge.

It should come as no surprise that like many other establishments we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
